Creating a European Public Procurement Community
The Urban Agenda Partnership for Public Procurement (UAPP) plays a pivotal role as a facilitator and connector in the field of public procurement across Europe. We are dedicated to uniting all stakeholders, whether from EU institutions, public bodies, or private organizations, by providing this collaborative platform for sharing valuable insights, knowledge, and expertise at no cost. Importantly, our community extends beyond the Partnership itself, encompassing a wider network of professionals and organisations committed to disseminate public procurement information.
Our mission is to create a dynamic community where all participants can access comprehensive information on using public procurement as an innovative and strategic tool. The UAPP platform serves as a central hub, not only for the resources and information gathered by the Partnership since 2017, but also for showcasing a broad Resource Bank featuring contributions from and about relevant public procurement sources across Europe.
In addition, the platform will regularly share events, news, and blogs from a variety of relevant actors in the European public procurement landscape, ensuring that our community stays informed and connected.
