Save the date for the URBACT City Festival

The 500 spots available in Nicosia are primarily open to European cities, involved or not in URBACT networks (such as staff from city administrations or municipal agencies, or elected officials). The 2026 URBACT City Festival is also open to representatives of regional and metropolitan authorities across Europe, urban experts, as well as the European Commission and EU-funded organisations.

Attendance to the 2026 URBACT City Festival is free-of-charge, but places are limited, so register in time.
Since this event has been postponed (from April to September) please notice the following:
- Registration: Your registration and choices for the thematic sessions and site visits are automatically confirmed for the September dates. Nevertheless, we invite you to confirm your attendance via this link by Friday 24 April 2026. Failure to respond by this date will result in cancellation of your registration.
- Travel to Cyprus: When making your new travel arrangements to Nicosia for September, please note that the only legal airports for landing in Cyprus are Larnaca (the closest to Nicosia) and Pafos.
