E-learning Modules

E-learning module map

The Urban Agenda E-learning modules were developed by the Urban Agenda Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement as part of the Action Plan 2018. These E-learning modules aim to disseminate the knowledge and guidance gained from the partnership's initiatives, ensuring that the deliverables are presented in a user-friendly and accessible manner.

Since their foundation in 2018, the E-learning modules have been a key outcome of the Action Plan, containing seven elements that reflect each action within the plan. These E-learning modules provide comprehensive insights into innovative and responsible public procurement practices, facilitating free of charge knowledge transfer and skill development among stakeholders.

In the Action Plan 2022, the UA Partnership further enhanced the E-learning modules by updating them with relevant links to other providers’ learning and guidance materials. This update ensures that users have access to a broader range of resources, supporting continuous learning and the adoption of best practices in public procurement.

By offering these E-learning modules for free, the Urban Agenda Partnership aims to empower public procurement professionals across Europe and foster innovation in the field of public procurement.
