Valentina Schippers-Opejko, coordinator of the UA Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement and Chair of the Eurocities Workgroup on Public Procurement, participated in this year's Economic Development Forum. The conference, organised by Eurocities, was hosted by the city of Bilbao in Spain.

For our UA Partnership the most valuable outcomes of this conference were:
- We have again promoted our UA Public Procurement Partnership and a couple of cities were interested in joining us
- We have promoted our new UAPP Platform and welcomed new community members to join
- We have held an inspiring presentation, which you can find here
- We have embraced the City of Bilbao and enjoyed -as part of the Eurocities EDF Programme- the study visit to Bilboa's Innovation District Zorrotzaurre Island and the Guggenheim museum
