We proudly present our Draft Action Plan 2025-2028, created by the Urban Agenda Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement, a collaborative initiative within the framework of the Urban Agenda of the EU. It aims to bring together different stakeholders, including cities, regions, and national governments to promote innovative and responsible practices in public procurement. The Urban Agenda Partnership promotes the use of public procurement as a strategic governance tool that helps institutions to achieve their broader urban policy objectives such as sustainability, social inclusion, and economic development.
In order to get insights on board from inside and outside the Partnership and to have this Action Plan approved we start with the Public Consultation.

Action 3: Better funding to stimulate strategic procurement
These actions will help European Public authorities to evolve and to broaden their knowledge and provide the European Commission with key recommendations.
