Since 2017, our Partnership has grown into a vibrant network that includes municipalities, cities, regions, stakeholders, institutions, European Commission and EU-related departments, public procurement institutions, universities, and other associates interested in advancing public procurement.
We have successfully developed and implemented two Action Plans: the first over 2018-2021 and the second covering 2022-2024 (you can find them under the Resource Bank tab). We are now moving forward with our third Action Plan, which will be collaboratively conducted by all partners.
The Urban Agenda Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement has established itself as a key driver in positioning public procurement as a strategic priority tool across Europe. We have achieved numerous milestones, developed valuable resources like the E-learning modules, and actively participated in many EU projects as partners. Our primary focus has always been better regulation, better funding and to enhance the knowledge of EU authorities and public organisations, enabling them to utilise procurement in an innovative and strategic manner.
This Partnership remains committed to its mission and will continue to provide up-to-date information and tools to shape the future of public procurement.
