UAPP contribution to MFF: 3 key recommendations 

The Urban Agenda Public Procurement (UAPP ) Partnership submitted a general position paper with 3 key recommendations to be incorporated in the update of the EU Multi-annual Financial Framework (MFF).

Our 3 key recommendations are:

1. Use EU Funding More Strongly to support and to stimulate Strategic Public Procurement

2. Create Dedicated Capacity-Building and Technical Support Mechanisms

3. Safeguard mechanism for local and regional public authorities to guarantee their access to EU-funds
