The call for evidence and open public consultation on the evaluation of key EU Public Procurement Directives has concluded, attracting a high response from stakeholders across various sectors and countries. The Commission is now analysing the feedback, which will help shape the next steps in the legislative review.
In March 2025 the Urban Agenda Partnership on Public Procurement has submitted their input via an adjusted and improved Position Paper for revision of the EU Public Procurement Directives. You can find this Position Paper here.
