Join the 6th edition of the Cities Forum:

Empowering cities, shaping Europe’s future

 17-19 June 2025  Kraków, Poland

The Cities Forum is a biennial flagship event of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy, co-organised this year with the European Urban Initiative Secretariat and supported by the Hauts-de-France Region. It convenes key urban stakeholders to discuss policy developments, urban challenges and innovative solutions, particularly in the context of the EU Cohesion policy and the European Commission’s initiatives to support cities.

Coordinator of the UAPP Partnership Valentina Schippers-Opjeko will be a speaker/pannelist during the parallel session `Unlocking urban potential through European cooperation: the Urban Agenda for the EU` scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 18 of June 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at ICE Kraków Congress Centre. The session will focus on the benefits brought by the UAEU, including examples of results and outcomes from different UAEU Partnerships.

Join us for an engaging panel discussion featuring representatives from the Urban Agenda for the EU (UAEU) Themat-ic Partnerships. Through concrete examples, cross-partnership synergies, and lasting collaboration, this session high-lights how UAEU cooperation is shaping sustainable and inclusive urban development.
