The Innovation Procurement Hubs Programme, led by the Directorate-General for Integral Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) and the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), is designed to support public authorities across the European Economic Area in strengthening their capacity for innovation procurement through tailored advisory services and peer-to-peer exchanges. It aims to help organisations overcome practical barriers, share best practices, and accelerate the uptake of innovative solutions in public services.
For a future that starts in Europe, we empower public authorities to accelerate the intake of innovation by building their own Innovation Procurement Hubs.
We are excited to announce the launch of the Expression of Interest (EOI) Survey for support provided through the Innovation Procurement Hubs programme!
This survey is intended for local, regional, and national public authorities to express their interest in receiving two forms of support:
- Direct consulting support to address internal challenges and strengthen innovation procurement practices
- Participation in peer-to-peer exchanges to connect with peers for knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination
The survey allows public authorities across the European Economic Area to apply for tailored advisory support, participation in peer-to-peer exchanges, or both.
This is an opportunity to access targeted assistance to address internal challenges to the implementation of innovation procurement, strengthen relevant practices and frameworks, and connect with peers for knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination.
